Novelty Chenille Hat

Vintage, whimsical hand crochet chenille hat with a little bling bling. Shown in deep forest green rayon chenille, accented with silver glitter, and topped with an Austrian crystal. Was Designed and made over 30 years ago for a major motion picture. Since 1991 it has been in my vintage archive. I am now adding it to my Etsy store, so that the world can have the opportunity to see this magnificent work of wearable art. This Hat was bespoke for a major scene in that movie, which was my first movie gig. This hat was meticulously crocheted by hand. Textured and accented with free style crochet surface designs. The glitter was painstakingly applied by hand, and the crown embellished with an iridescent Austrian crystal. One of my many favorite projects, and it's One-Of-A-Kind.
